Shirley was a member of the Olivet Presbyterian Church which was formerly on Howard Avenue. Shirley was a childcare provider for many years at her home on High Street. She was born January 31, 1935, Utica, daughter of the late Bessie Keefer and Millard Silvernail. Shirley Silvernail, 88, of New Hartford, passed away on June 17, 2023, with her family at her side, just hours after her twin sister, Beverly passed away. ![]()
